Graduated from the University of Missouri in 1982 with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.  She is currently a partner/owner of Westbrook & Co., P.C. and has extensive governmental audit experience with an emphasis in Missouri school districts and local government accounting and auditing issues.  She has experience with governmental debt issues and works directly with clients and bond counsel in accounting and reporting for new and refunding debt issues.  She also provides advisory services to our governmental clients on budgeting, accounting, reporting for complex or unusual transactions, and Federal program compliance issues. Rita is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MOCPA).  She is a native of Ray County and enjoys gym time, horseback riding and traveling.
