Westbrook & Co., P.C., a CPA firm in Richmond, Missouri, seeks an administrative assistant. Must have good communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, be quality minded, respectful to confidentiality, and detail oriented. Light bookkeeping ability is a plus. The position will involve a variety of tasks including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and assembling tax returns, audits, and other deliverables. Some tasks will involve standing and moderate lifting. The applicant will work 40+ hours per week from January through April including some Saturday mornings; the remainder of the year hours would be Monday – Thursday 8:00 to 4:00 and on Friday 8 to noon. Employer offers full time employees benefits including; PTO, Short and Long Term Disability, paid vacation and holidays, and 401K. Medical, dental and vision insurance are available along with a cafeteria plan. Salary offerings will be $14.00 -16.00 per hour
