We are a highly motivated team of 26 professionals and administrative staff with innovative ideas. Westbrook & Co., PC, was founded in 1989 by Mr. Richard D. Westbrook. The firm has experienced considerable growth over the past 35 years and during 2013 acquired its second location in Carrollton, Missouri. The firm remains headquartered in Richmond, Missouri.

Tax Services
We provide comprehensive tax services, including the compliance services relating to the preparation of federal, state and local tax returns for corporations, partnerships, individuals, non-profit organizations, estates and trust. We encourage and provide tax planning — corporate, personal, retirement and estate — which includes such areas as compensation, tax mitigation, retirement plans and acquisitions and mergers.
Specialized Accounting Services
We strive to provide the highest standard of professional services expected at a large firm along with the range of personal services expected of a local firm. We assist in establishing basic accounting records and in the preparation of interim financial statements and various tax returns including income, sales and payroll. We provide full accounting and payroll services as well as after the fact accounting services; considering the end user when issuing prepared or compiled financial statements.

Westbrook & Co., PC provides accounting and audit services to all sizes of government, non-profit and private businesses. Depending on the end users; the engagement may take the form of preparation, compliation, review or audited financial statements.
