Westbrook & Co., PC, was founded in 1989 by Mr. Richard D. Westbrook. The firm has experienced considerable growth over the past 35 years and during 2013 acquired its second location in Carrollton, Missouri. The firm remains headquartered in Richmond, Missouri.
