Graduated summa cum laude from the Central Missouri State University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Business Administration – functional accounting major.  She then received a Masters of Accountancy Degree from the same university in 2005.  After graduation, she successfully completed the CPA examination.  She is currently a partner/owner of Westbrook & Co., P.C. and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MOCPA). Diana has been a speaker at the MOCPA governmental accounting and audit conference, the MOCPA school audit conference, the MOASBO conference and various regional school superintendent and bookkeeper conferences. She has published articles for the MOCPA in “The Asset” on Independence and Non-Audit Services and Competence – When it Comes to Auditing, Is Doing One of Anything Ever a Good Thing? She is a member of the Richmond chapter of Kiwanis International and has served as treasurer and secretary of the Waverly Baseball Club and the Waverly Senior Citizens non-profit organizations. Diana resides with her husband Brad in Osage Beach and enjoys traveling, woodworking and spending time with her family.
