Graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting. Prior to joining Westbrook & Co., P.C., he had an extensive career in public, private, and governmental accounting. He started his career with an international accounting firm where he held positions of audit manager and tax manager. He has filed tax returns in nearly every state and local taxing jurisdiction in the United States. For several years, he was an oversight manager with the Resolution Trust Corporation, the federal agency tasked with resolving the savings and loan crisis. Following the completion of the Resolution Trust Corporation’s mission, Larry became the controller of a manufacturing company and its affiliates. He is active in his church and a veteran of the United States Army.
