Grew up in Richmond and graduated from Richmond High School in 1993.  She then went to Central Methodist University and graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.  She began her employment with Westbrook & Co., P.C. following graduation.  Jonelle is currently a senior auditor and has Missouri school audit experience with extensive knowledge in attendance, transportation, and Single audit.  She is also proficient in accounting and reporting for GAAP and OCBOA basis government financial statements.  Jonelle and her husband, Eric, reside in Oak Grove with their two boys, Evan and Jordan.  They are active members in the youth little league football, wrestling, and baseball programs. Jonelle is the current treasurer of the Oak Grove Athletic Booster Club.
