Graduated from the University of Missouri in 1999 with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance.  After graduation, he began his employment with Westbrook & Co., P.C. and successfully completed the CPA examination.  His audit experience has included a broad range of non-profit organizations and private and governmental entities.  He is currently a partner/owner of  Westbrook & Co., P.C. and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MOCPA). Brad has been a speaker at the MOCPA school audit conference, the MOASBO conference, the MCPSA conference and various regional conferences. Brad is active in community programs, such as the Spartan Touchdown Club and is a past director of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce. He resides in Richmond with his wife and children.
